Photos were taken while Chef Wan was teaching staff of Club Med Ixtapa, Mexico doing fruit carving using carrot. It was taken in December 2007. Chef Wan was there for about two weeks. Before he came, the Club Med's buffet line was so abstemious without any decoration. They were so amazed of Chef Wan's talents.
